Your calmness and professionalism shone through from the outset when we were booked into the wrong venue to the opening introduction where you articulated so concisely Mum’s persona and character in such detail it was if you had known her for many years.
We all feel very proud that Mums life was celebrated so beautifully and she was farewelled in a manner that portrayed and highlighted the amazing loving Mother, Wife, Grandmother, and person she truly was.

“Dear Carla,
Sophie Aidan and I couldn’t let you just disappear without sending you our very sincere thanks for the wonderful service you provided us with yesterday. Service in both senses of the word.
We tried to speak individually to as many people as we could afterwards, and there were three prevailing sentiments.
”Where did you find her?” Meaning you of course. The second was, “that was the most moving, amazing funeral we have ever attended”. The other was “how did Carla create such an accurate portrayal of Sheridan when they had never met? It sounded like they were lifelong friends”.
That is a real skill.
All we wanted to do was honour our beautiful Sheridan with the very best that we could provide in terms of being able to show our love for her and also our pride in her many, many achievements.
We couldn’t have done her justice without your help.”
